Book this if it's your first session with me. Please fill in the form as much as you can. but don't worry, we can complete it in the session. We will have around 90 mins to explore what you want to achieve and the best way to go about this for you. We usually have time for you to experience a particular technique too. If you are not sure if this is the right session to book, or need a time that isn't available on my calendar, please contact me directly.
